Penfil Phone: 248-444-0343 At Master Penfil's Martial Arts Academy we teach Isshinryu Karate, Okinawan Kobujutsu and Tang Soo Jutsu. Master Instructor Jay S. Penfil has been training since August, 1972 and teaching since June, 1975. All students are trained in either Isshiryu or Tang Soo Jutsu, and all students train in Kobujutsu. We train with Nunchaku, Bo, Sai and Tonfa.
